In developing, the number of healthcare workers is higher than what the government can employ but low to respond effectively to healthcare demands. New graduates can stay unemployed for years due to a feeble private health sector. On the other hand, there are a lot of non-governmental organizations (NGOs), but with limited access to funding and other resources.
These are very dynamic people that if given the right support will go above and beyond expectation. If let to themselves without resources lose their sense of service and fighting spirit. That is why International Nursing Partnership’s program aims to provide a platform that will link them the necessary resources to keep them engaged and empowered to help address their communities’ health concerns.
They develop leadership qualities when they collaborate directly with the populations they serve, their traditional leaders, elected officials, NGOs, and local businesses to proactively identify the needs, practical solutions, and ways to keep their programs sustainable.

On International Nursing Partnership – YouTube channel, we are creating a platform where healthcare workers, particularly nurses can share their professional journeys, what challenges they have met, how they were able to overcome those challenges, and build resilience overtime, and where they can also share their areas of expertise. The objective is for them to learn from each other and for the younger generations of healthcare professionals to learn from their experiences.
